PRESCHOOL TOURS:

Tours can be scheduled by contacting the preschool office.  Tours can be given on Wednesday & Thursday between 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm or Fridays between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. 

PRESCHOOL DATES:

2021-2022:   September 7, 2021 – May 12, 2022

CLASSES & FEES:

  • Children are placed in classes based on their age as of September 1st of the school year and the Directors' discretion..

  

  • All Classes times are 9:00am - 2:00pm daily

  • Class offerings include: 

    • Infants - not currently available

    • Toddlers - not currently available

    • 2's - Working on social skills and academic fundamentals

    • 3's - Working on gross & fine motor skills and pre-writing techniques

    • 4's - Preparing for Kindergarten

  • Registration Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE and

                  Forfeited upon Withdrawal)

      of $75 is collected at time of registration.

 

  • Supply Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE and

                  Forfeited upon Withdrawal

       is based on class selected and is due

       at time of registration.

  • Tuition (based on class selected)

       is collected monthly starting in 

       September.  May tuition will have a

       50% discount since the last day of

       preschool is May 12th..

HOW TO REGISTER:

Your child's enrollment in a classroom is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your online forms are completed, and your $75 Registration Fee has been paid, your child's spot in the classroom is guaranteed. 

ONLINE FORMS to Complete:  

- Form 1 -

DETAILS

This form will provide us with information about you and your child.  This is only required for NEW families enrolling for the first time.. 

- Form 2 - 
CLASS
SELECTION

This form will allow you to select your choice of class options.  The preschool office will notify you once your child has been successfully enrolled.  This form is required for all registrations for Fall 2021.

- Form 3 -
PARENT

AUTHORIZATIONS

Once you have been notified by the preschool of your confirmed enrollment, this form will allow you to authorize your preferred payment method as well as an Emergency Contact for your child.  This will NOT initiate a payment at this time.

PRINTED DOCUMENTS to Complete:  

These forms along with your child's immunization record are required to complete the registration process once your child is enrolled in a class. Click the numbered buttons below to access these forms. Please print, complete with the required signatures, and turn in to the preschool office.

This form must be notarized and this can be done in the Preschool Office.

This form must be completed by the parent and signed by your Pediatrician.

This form must be signed by both parents once they have read the Covid Safety Plan on our Home page.

We will need you to submit a current copy of your child's immunization record from your Pediatrician.
