Registration for 2024-2025:
  • Currently enrolling for the 2024-2025 school year.

Registration for 2025-2026:
  • Registration for 2025-2026 will open to the public on Tuesday - February 18, 2025!

  • Form #1 - Class Request Form (below)  will be activated on 2/18/25 at 10:00 am CST.

PRESCHOOL TOURS:

3 Open House Tours will be held on the dates listed below.  Please bring your child so that we can meet them!  Please be prompt as tours will begin on time!

  • Tuesday - February 18 - 4:30 pm

  • Wednesday - February 19 - 3:00 pm

  • Monday - February 24 - 4:30 pm

PRESCHOOL DATES:

2024-2025 Preschool Year:  September 3, 2024 - May 15, 2025

2025-2026 Preschool Year:  August 25, 2025 - May 7, 2026

CLASSES & FEES:

  • Placement in the classroom is based on a child's age on September 1, 2025

  • Children must be 18 months old by Sept. 1st, 2025

  • All Class times are 9:00 am - 2:00 pm daily

  • 2 Day (T/Th) Classes offered for Toddler's (18 - 28 mos.)

  • 3 Day (TWTh) Classes offered for 2's & 3's

  • 4 Day (M-Th) Classes offered for 2's, 3's & 4's​

  • Class developmental objectives include: â€‹â€‹

    • Toddler's - Working on social skills

    • 2's - Working on social skills and academic fundamentals

    • 3's - Working on gross & fine motor skills and pre-writing techniques

    • 4's - Preparing for Kindergarten

  • Dates for Fall Semester - August 25th through December 18th​

  • Dates for Spring Semester - January 12th through May 7th

  • Registration Fee  (NON-REFUNDABLE and  Forfeited upon Withdrawal)

       Annual Fee of $75 - collected at time of registration

  • Supply Fee  (NON-REFUNDABLE and Forfeited upon Withdrawal

       Annual Fee - Based on class selected and collected on June 16th, 2025

  • Tuition Fee  (NON-REFUNDABLE and Forfeited upon Withdrawal

       Annual Fee - Based on class selected & paid in 4 equal payments as follows:

  • August 15th

  • October 3rd

  • December 5th

  • February 20th

HOW TO REGISTER:

Your child's enrollment in a classroom is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your online forms are completed, and your Registration Fee has been paid, your child's spot in the classroom is guaranteed!

  • STEP 1:   Complete: Form #1 - Class Request

  • STEP 2:  The preschool office will contact you by email confirming your child's enrollment in a class

  • STEP 3:  Complete:  Form #2 - Student Information

          Complete:  Form #3 - Registration Information

           Complete:  Form #4 - Financial Authorization and submit completed & signed form 

  • STEP 4:  The preschool office will communicate when your $75 registration fee will be processed

  • STEP 5:  Complete & Submit these required Printed Documents (links are listed below):

This form allows you to request enrollment in a class for

your child for the 2025-2026 preschool year.

This form allows you to designate an emergency contact, acknowledge the VRBP Handbook and authorize participation for your child in all VRBP activities.

FINANCIAL
AUTHORIZATION

This form allows you to designate a payment method for VRBP to process payments using Tuition Express through ProCare.  Bank EFTs and/or credit cards accepted - MUST be filled out online, signed & returned to the VRBP Office.

PRINTED DOCUMENTS to Complete:  

These forms are required to complete the registration process once your child's enrollment is confirmed.

Must be completed by the parent and signed by your Pediatrician.

Submit a current copy of your child's immunization record from your Pediatrician.

Only required if your child has an allergy which has been diagnosed by a doctor which requires an emergency plan.
